Most of our standard Livolo switches support a wide voltage range of 100-240V, 50-60Hz, adapting to most global markets. We also offer 12/24V switch models to meet low-voltage application needs.

A single live wire switch runs on the live wire only. When off, it takes a very small current to keep itself powered; when on, it lets full current flow to light the lamp, with no neutral wire required. Yes. We offer a full dimmable switch range with two core lines, including touch dimmers, smart dimmers, LED dimmers and slide dimmer switches for diverse residential and commercial needs.
Our touch dimmer switch features simple one-key operation. Short press the touch button to turn the lamp on or off. To adjust brightness, keep your finger pressed on the touch panel — the brightness will change continuously and smoothly. Release the button once it reaches your ideal brightness.
As an upgraded version of regular dimmers, our adaptive dimmer switch can automatically recognize different lamp types and choose the optimal leading-edge or trailing-edge dimming mode to maximize lighting performance. It also supports conduction angle adaptation, over-temperature protection and power-off memory, delivering stable, safe and intelligent dimming.
Our DC switch is a dry-contact touch switch mainly used in smart home systems that require dry contact relay control. A dry contact has no direct connection to the power source or ground, so no voltage is present on its terminals when not connected to external equipment. This switch runs on 12/24V DC power, supports 12V, 24V, 115V and 230V load control, and can handle a maximum dry contact load of 1000W. It delivers safe, stable and compatible control, making it highly suitable for smart home automation and low-voltage intelligent control scenarios.
Livolo modular touch switches are our independently developed products. They are made of high-quality PC material and adopt sensitive touch control for convenient operation. Available in 22.5×45mm and 45×45mm module sizes, they support various DIY combinations and flexible assembly to meet different installation needs.
The core difference is size and regional market compatibility. Our EU standard panel measures 80×80mm, while our UK standard panel is 86×86mm. Both are square panels, built to match the standard wall boxes and electrical regulations of their respective target markets.

Yes, absolutely. Most Livolo switches are fully compatible with standard existing home wiring, including our single-wire models that work without a neutral wire. No extra rewiring is required for most scenarios, making installation simple and fast.

A Livolo touch switch consists of three core components: the function module, mounting iron plate and tempered glass panel. To install, first assemble the function module and iron plate, complete the corresponding wiring, then simply snap the glass panel into place to finish.

Yes. Our 2-way switches can be configured to support 3-way and 4-way control. To control one light from 3 different locations, simply use 3 of our 2-way switches; for 4-way control, 4 pieces of our 2-way switches will be needed. To ensure a more stable and reliable circuit, we strongly recommend working with relays during wiring.

Smart App & Connectivity

You can download the Livolo Home App from the official website or app stores for full native control and customization. With built-in Matter compatibility, you can also manage your devices directly through your preferred smart home apps, including Apple Home, Google Home, Yandex and Amazon Alexa.
EC smart protocol is Livolo’s proprietary wireless protocol, exclusively optimized for smart electrical products and whole-home scenarios, delivering faster, more stable, simpler smart control. Compared to ZigBee, our EC protocol has faster response, simpler setup, stronger anti-interference for stable connections
No. Our smart WiFi switches can be controlled directly via WiFi with no gateway or extra hub required. Simply connect the Livolo Home App to your WiFi network first, then pair and add your WiFi switches in the app.
Open the Livolo Home App, log in or register your account, and enter the network pairing page. Then select your Livolo switch model and follow the step-by-step in-app guide to complete the pairing between the switch and your device.
Our gateway supports up to 100+ connected devices with its routing mesh function enabled, including 80 wall-mounted devices and 30 low-power battery devices. It supports a communication distance of up to 50 meters in open areas.
Yes. All Livolo Matter-enabled smart devices support cross-protocol and cross-platform control. Simply scan the Matter QR code on the Livolo gateway with any Matter-certified app such as Apple Home, Google Home or Amazon Alexa to achieve unified smart home management.
It's quick and easy. With the switch powered on, press and hold the main touch button for 10 seconds. When you hear two beeps, the reset and unbinding is complete, and all previous pairing data is cleared automatically.
